October Newsletter

Dear Neighbors,

Like so many of us, my family is trying to make sense of and process all that is happening in the world.  During these dark and tumultuous times, hope is the light that will guide us forward.

As I return to Springfield for Veto Session, I am keeping the safety and security of our community at the top of my mind.

As part of that mission, I am excited to announce that I have been invited to participate in an event at the White House next week regarding Artificial Intelligence. In addition I will also be holding a joint Subject Matter Hearing on emerging issues in AI with the House Judiciary – Civil and Cybersecurity committees.  AI continues to advance at a rapid pace and our laws must keep up to protect individuals from predatory and malicious practices.

As always, if you are ever in need of resources or assistance, do not hesitate to contact my office. We are available weekdays at (847) 486-8810, you can also email us at info@gonggershowitz.com.

Sincerely,

Representative Jennifer Gong-Gershowitz
